Salary Range : AED 20K to 25K per month
We are looking for creative, highly intelligent, and driven individuals from across a variety of FMCG backgrounds who are passionate about working with CG Sales & Distribution, and in developing overseas business, B2B, Business development and helping our clients win in the MENA region.
The Role, FMCG is responsible for the formulation and execution of the strategic plan.
He/she will be a strong dynamic leader with extensive experience, vision, and knowledge of the FMCG Industry and of high-volume processes associated with large scale operations.
He/she will support and lead new product commercialization, growth, and continuous cost & quality improvements in the business.

Working across a portfolio of clients and engagements with Luxury and Premium brands in the region with a core focus on business issues around consumers and markets:
Work with markets research on proposal design and winning presentations/creative client pitches.
Manage key client relationships through executing successful projects working with key stakeholders.
To work across verticals with a focus on qualitative, digital and quantitative engagements with a core ability to solve business problems that result in increasing market share for clients.
Report writing and presentation creation including client recommendations and conducting workshops , with the ability to work independently under pressure.

Actively participate with executive management to establish policies and support the attainment of business goals and objectives.

Develop and sponsor initiatives to drive performance in all operational key metrics.

Establish and lead execution of operation strategies.

Provide leadership for the organization, mentoring of high performing staff and ensure all staff are adequately trained and appropriately utilized.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor/Master’s 5- 10 years of industry experience in a professional services firm with experience and exposure in at least one of these areas: business development for professional services, consulting, consumer insights, research, analytics and data.
Proven sales record and BD experience with good contacts and networks with senior executives across brands
Ability to manage portfolio and take ownership of projects and multitask under pressure
Able to work across various industries with a key focus on premium brands,
Self driven , passionate and results focused with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to consult with clients and be creative in reporting
Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong team player mentality and superior customer servicing skills
Business development and consultative selling experience beneficial
motivated and with high integrity with willingness to travel in the region and work remotely where needed
