We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Manager to lead the online sales strategy for our fashion retail company. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing the online shopping experience, and maximizing the company’s digital presence across various platforms. Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives, including sales targets, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance optimization.
- Product Merchandising: Manage product listings, categorization, and presentation on the website to maximize visibility and sales conversion.
- Content Management: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and visually appealing content for product pages, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to drive traffic and sales.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility, monitor keyword rankings, and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience through user-friendly navigation, streamlined checkout processes, and responsive customer service.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability, timely order fulfillment, and efficient inventory turnover.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, with a focus on enhancing the online shopping experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
