E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Manager to lead the online sales strategy for our fashion retail company. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing the online shopping experience, and maximizing the company’s digital presence across various platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our e-commerce operations in the dynamic fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives, including sales targets, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
  2. Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance optimization.
  3. Product Merchandising: Manage product listings, categorization, and presentation on the website to maximize visibility and sales conversion.
  4. Content Management: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and visually appealing content for product pages, banners, and promotional campaigns.
  5. Digital Marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to drive traffic and sales.
  6. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility, monitor keyword rankings, and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
  7. Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience through user-friendly navigation, streamlined checkout processes, and responsive customer service.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability, timely order fulfillment, and efficient inventory turnover.
  10. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, with a focus on enhancing the online shopping experience.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
