We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman of a Multinational company in Dubai. As the Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Chairman’s schedule, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader in a prestigious organization.
Candidate should be willing to work from 2pm to 11pm

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Effectively manage the Chairman’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation, venue booking, and logistical arrangements.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Chairman.
- Information Management: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as required.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for the Chairman, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
- Expense Management: Monitor and reconcile expenses, process invoices, and prepare expense reports in a timely manner.
- Follow-up and Reminders: Provide timely reminders and follow-up actions on pending tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and matters with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Ad hoc Support: Assist the Chairman with various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or business leaders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional Arabic language proficiency considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
