We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Anatomical Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic pathology and a passion for advancing patient care through accurate diagnosis and innovative research.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of surgical specimens and autopsies to diagnose diseases.
- Interpret and analyze pathological findings, providing clear and concise reports.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Stay updated on advancements in pathology and participate in continuous education.
- Supervise and train pathology residents and laboratory staff.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.
- Engage in research activities and contribute to scientific publications.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Anatomical Pathology.
- Board certification in Anatomic Pathology.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a clinical pathology setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
