We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Haematologist-Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating blood disorders and cancers, with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of haematological and oncological conditions, including leukaemia’s, lymphomas, and solid tumours.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other modalities.
- Conduct bone marrow biopsies and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on outcomes and side effects.
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and support resources.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancements in haematology and oncology.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Haematology and Oncology.
- Board certification in Haematology and Oncology.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a clinical haematology-oncology setting.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
