Office Manager (French Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and overall organization.
  • Coordinate administrative functions and ensure effective communication between departments.
  • Support HR activities, including onboarding, employee record management, and payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting, including tracking expenses and managing office budgets.
  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming office environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide support for special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
