Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and overall organization.
- Coordinate administrative functions and ensure effective communication between departments.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding, employee record management, and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting, including tracking expenses and managing office budgets.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming office environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide support for special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
