Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with leadership to align the store’s operational and sales strategies with overall business goals, ensuring a seamless execution from construction to daily operations.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and implement effective daily management protocols to enhance store efficiency and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a talented store team through regular meetings, KPI setting, and performance monitoring, fostering a culture of motivation and achievement.
- Grand Opening Success: Coordinate with retail partners to oversee the successful construction and grand opening of the experience store, creating excitement and anticipation in the community.
- Innovative Marketing: Work closely with retailers to design and implement in-store marketing initiatives and promotional activities that drive traffic and boost sales performance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Create and present performance reports, including sales, inventory, and financial metrics, to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement in store operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluency in English is a must.
- Industry Experience: Background in the electronics or mobile phone industry is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of customer experience and brand representation in retail.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5 years in retail operations, demonstrating success in managing brand experience stores or similar environments.
- Inspirational Leader: Experience in team management with a talent for motivating and leading high-performing retail teams.
