Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our clients team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network of clients and property owners. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential or commercial properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring smooth real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network of clients and property owners. Provide excellent customer service by guiding them through the buying, selling, and rental processes.
- Property Listings: Generate leads and listings by sourcing new properties for sale or rent. Promote properties through advertisements, listings, and open houses.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the UAE real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Offer insights and recommendations to clients on current market conditions and property values.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers, tenants, or investors, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiation: Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to secure the best possible outcome for clients, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Documentation and Contracts: Prepare and review real estate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with UAE property laws.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties, including online and offline channels, to attract prospective buyers or tenants.
- Client Support: Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, financing options, legal aspects of transactions, and relocation services.
- Networking: Build strong relationships with industry professionals such as mortgage lenders, legal advisors, developers, and contractors to provide a complete service package to clients.
- Follow-Up: Stay in touch with clients post-transaction to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business or referrals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role, preferably in the UAE market.
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE real estate market, local regulations, and property trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficient in real estate management software and CRM tools.
- A valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain it (depending on the Emirate’s regulations).
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and generating new business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and listings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Valid UAE real estate license (RERA certification) or willingness to obtain one.
- Driving License
