Position Overview: The Executive Assistant to the Chairman will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Chairman’s daily activities. This position demands a highly experienced and qualified professional with a CA or MBA and 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will manage the Chairman’s schedule, oversee the preparation of reports and presentations, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of company information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the Chairman’s calendar, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, handling all communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Report and Presentation Preparation: Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Confidentiality and Integrity: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity, maintaining the Chairman’s trust and protecting company interests.
- Compliance and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks and responsibilities, acting as a role model for adherence to organizational standards.
- Office Systems and Procedures: Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to support the Chairman’s needs, continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: CA or MBA qualification is required.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior-level executives or board members.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
