Executive – Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Executive with experience of Digital Marketing and Graphic Designing for a Tobacco manufacturer. The company has manufacturing facilities in the UAE, Russia and Germany, having a global distribution network. The tobacco brand portfolio serves all classes of consumers having different tastes and style preferences.

Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 7500 per month

Job Role:

You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update the system database, create marketing literature, you should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, video and photography, editing, Google AdWords and Creative mindset to be able to perform strict deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting the marketing manager and marketing team with project organization.
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, Videos, Photos and websites with software such as photoshop.(Including Latest technology of 3D Design)
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
  • Engaging online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
  • Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
  • Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.
  • Writing marketing nonfiction for company brochures and press releases.
  • Evaluating brands’ target customers to identify the social media channels that would provide the best opportunities for customer engagement.
  • Calculating business return on ad spend (ROAS) and comparing it against industry averages.
  • Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers & Management.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Create and upload copy and images for the organization’s website
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
  • Design website banners and assist with web visuals.
  • Negotiate with media suppliers to achieve the best price for the company.

Skillset

  • Time Management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics and Export in OS & Microsoft operating.
  • Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques-
  • Expert knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC and SEM).

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in the same field in UAE
  • Experience in Manufacturing & Industrial job background is preferred

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications /Diploma in Digital Marketing Courses
