Haematologist Oncologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Haematologist-Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating blood disorders and cancers, with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of haematological and oncological conditions, including leukaemia’s, lymphomas, and solid tumours.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other modalities.
  • Conduct bone marrow biopsies and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on outcomes and side effects.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and support resources.
  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancements in haematology and oncology.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Haematology and Oncology.
  • Board certification in Haematology and Oncology.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a clinical haematology-oncology setting.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
